		<description>It&#039;s a very common sight where I live in Cairo, Egypt, to see men - very rarely women - watching football on the street like this. Conversely, it&#039;s almost unheard of in my native UK. The only TVs seen on the street in Britain &lt;i&gt;are&lt;/i&gt; of the broken kind. It&#039;s a shame people don&#039;t turn their attention more to dismantling CCTV, than to putting the boot into an already discarded and broken television.</description>
