I am personally a big beleiver in the improtance of outliers and Nassim Nicholas Taleb covers this wonderfully in The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable and Fooled by Randomness: The Hidden Role of Chance in Life and in the Markets which are great reads.</description>
