AI Agents Consume Content
Imagine a world in which the outcome of copyright lawsuits against the AI industry and their agents results in a new set of rules and agreements. In this world, AI agents are allowed to consume content, but they must pay a fee for each piece of content they consume. This fee is determined by the content's popularity and the amount of data it generates. The agents are also required to provide a summary of the content they consume, which is then made available to the public.
I keep seeing the notice in NY Times articles that are a kind of desclaimer that they are in a lwasyit with OpenAI. It makes me wonder about outcomes and this idea sort of comes to mind after a conversation with Dennis.
Imagine if AI agents are so hungry for content that they are willing to pay for it in some fashion, maybe on fast L2 blockchains based on token counts and such.
Suppose the content itself is produced effectively to feed the models and agents and such.
