A device that has status as a legal instrument to validate/verify ones-goings-ons. Fun, playful design? Not alluding to the complicated character of Veridical Truth and that presumably an AI component might need to be 'opinionated' but on who's behalf? If we assumed it was on the behalf of the 'owner' — who is the owner in this context? Is it Apple, who makes the gewgaw (assuming for the moment) or is it the person who wears it (perhaps in the case where Open Hardware products are now not just for the tech nerds and electronics wizards, but are now quite available at the level of what we see today as commercial products. That is to say that the principles of Metalabel and &c. are full gas and the quantity of 'products' in the world is astronomical as any collective of folks can have something made nearly as easily as having a clever idea.)
This could also be a product review, and perhaps the category of thing could be indicated in an article about how one of these was used to help arbitrate a dispute between two parties, or between two siblings who were rivalous because one kid claimed they didn't go into the others room when they did and the two Alibi Agents have the argument instead of the kids.
