Freeze Dried / Rehydrated
This is perhaps more of an idiom/argot/creole in the language of the world. 'Freeze dried' and 'rehydrated' represent, maybe in a pejorative way, these kinds of intelligences of past figures or people of note. There are people who use them regularly, that leads to some people not using them and thus you have both the usual dynamics of 'haves' and have-nots', and those who are 'analog' (do not use MMs — machine models — or PCs — playing characters) and those who are 'digital' (use them routinely, or as a matter of course, or perhaps never-ending/always for every decision and action, guided by an ML).
