The challenge of verifying proof of humanness in the age of AI is a complex issue. The notion here is that this is a device/consumer camera that can verify that the image taken is of a human — perhaps through some kind of biometric verification, sensing of blood flow, pupil dilation, etc. Not perfect and there are plenty of hacks/workarounds to deceive the operating system and sensors. Embedded data perhaps like embedded geolocation in current EXIF metadata for images. The idea is that this is a device that can be used to verify that the image taken is of a human, and not a deepfake or other AI-generated image. The device is open source and allows anyone to verify their humanness while still protecting their individual privacy.
Verification protocols aare firmware upgradeable.
Sideward compatible with HV/Bondi, HV/Onyx, and HV/Black.
Available in up to 4 unit entangled Family Paks
Verifying proof of humanness in the age of AI. Custom hardware, software, and lenses. The Orb is open source and allows anyone to verify their humanness while still protecting their individual privacy.
Privacy-first Each device is provisioned with a private key, which is stored in secure hardware, that authenticates the Orb and signs important messages. To prioritize privacy, all of the liveness verification occurs on the device itself.
Fraud prevention algorithms based on multispectral sensors run locally on the device for maximum privacy.
