The Project

I gave a keynote presentation to the main audience of leadership and Google clients and partners during a summit in support of Google's offerings in Argentina. I also gave a hands-on workshop for the Google office's creative practitioners. Additionally, I accompanied Google's local leadership as they visited the offices of some of their key partners in Buenos Aires. This was all during a summit of creative technology leadership and practitioners at Google's offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Outcomes

The objective was to create a thought-provoking presentation on the futures-orientation of Design Fiction and the ways that it can be integrated into communication and advertising. Additionally, for the more "hands-on" practitioners, there was ample opportunity for discussion on the particulars of a futures-oriented approach to their practice using Design Fiction during a practical workshop where we explored the trends of the day as represented in artifacts from those trends possible, plausible, or likely futures in the form of advertisements for the products these trends implied.
